- Radio28 includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, workspaces (desks, chairs, tables).

Workshops & Equipment
- Wood Workshop: Table saw, jigsaw, circular saw, power drills, hammers, belt sander, palm-grip sander, riveting machine, compound miter saw, drill press, welding machine, Dremel, electric angle grinder, router, wood & metal tables, extension cables.
- Mold Making & Casting Workshop: Ventilation area, compressor, scale, material mixing equipment, hotplate, heating lamp.
- Printmaking Workshop: Etching press, paper press, aquatint box, offset and typography inks, sugar-lift, screen printing machine, silk screens (UV process requires an external supplier), iron, heat gun, and materials for printmaking (linoleum, siligraphy, woodcut, and metal engraving).
